1. Use of Product

The Product is designed to provide you with book suggestions based on existing book titles and authors. By using the product you acknowledge you don't hold any rights to suggestions received, nor that you will hold Book Suggest accountable for any unlawful, offensive or wrong suggestions. You may not use the product for any unlawful purpose.

2. User Accounts

You don't have to create an account to use the basic suggestion functionalities of the Product. To store suggestions and other user-specific data, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Payment

Most of the features that the Product provide are completely free of charge. The Product may require payment for access to certain features that give you exposure or special clearance. The Company reserves the right to change its fees at any time. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms set forth on the Product.

4. Security

The Company takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of the Product, but cannot guarantee that the Product will be completely secure. You agree that the Company is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Intellectual Property

The Company owns all intellectual property rights in the Product, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute the Product or any content inherit to the Product without the Company's prior written consent.

6. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to the Product at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PRODUCT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Utrecht, The Netherlands without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the "Nederlands Arbitrage Instituut" (NAI). The arbitration shall take place in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

11. Changes to the Agreement

The Company may change the terms of this Agreement at any time by posting the revised Agreement on the Product. Your continued use of the Product after the revised Agreement has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Product and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Product.
